1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms govern your use of the 9aph Casino website and all associated services, features, content, and functionality available through 9aph.club (collectively, the "Platform").

1.2 By registering an account with 9aph, you affirm that you: (a) are at least 21 years of age; (b) have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement; (c) are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited; and (d) accept these Terms in full.

1.3 These Terms should be read alongside the 9aph Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, all of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 9aph.

2. Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement. 21+ Access to 9aph is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This requirement is consistent with PAGCOR-aligned age restrictions applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. Providing false date-of-birth information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. 9aph is operated for use by eligible players in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing or using the Platform is legal in your specific jurisdiction. 9aph makes no representation that the services are lawful or available outside the Philippines.

2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are ineligible to open or maintain a 9aph account: (a) individuals under 21 years of age; (b) individuals who have self-excluded from 9aph or any PAGCOR-affiliated platform; (c) current employees of 9aph and their immediate family members; (d) individuals on any applicable gambling exclusion register.

2.4 9aph reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time and to suspend any account pending verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in permanent account closure.

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 Single Account Policy. Each player is entitled to register and maintain one (1) 9aph account only. Multiple accounts per individual, household, shared IP address, shared device, or shared payment method are strictly prohibited. 9aph reserves the right to close duplicate accounts and forfeit associated balances.

3.2 Account Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current information at registration, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You are required to notify 9aph promptly of any changes to your registered information.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 9aph login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 9aph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain account security. Notify 9aph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.4 KYC Verification. 9aph is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit valid government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals above specified thresholds are processed.

3.5 Account Closure. You may request account closure at any time by contacting 9aph support. Prior to closure, all pending wagering requirements attached to active bonuses will be forfeited. Outstanding balance will be refunded to your registered payment method after applicable verification.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Currency. All 9aph transactions are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No foreign currency transactions are processed on the Platform.

4.2 Accepted Payment Methods. 9aph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Transfer, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, and PESONet. Accepted methods may be updated from time to time at 9aph's discretion.

4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on 9aph is ₱100. Minimum and maximum deposit limits by payment method are displayed on the deposit page within your account.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing. 9aph aims to process all approved withdrawals within three (3) minutes for GCash and PayMaya and within one (1) business day for bank transfers, subject to verification requirements. Processing times may vary during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

4.5 Withdrawal Restrictions. Withdrawals are only permitted to payment methods previously used to deposit into your 9aph account, subject to KYC verification. 9aph reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending identity verification or in cases of suspected fraudulent activity.

4.6 Account Balance. Your 9aph account balance represents a stored value of pre-deposited funds. Account balances do not bear interest and are not deposits within the meaning of Philippine banking law.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 All bonuses, free credits, free spins, and promotional offers available on 9aph are subject to individual promotion terms and conditions, which are published alongside each offer. These Terms incorporate those promotion-specific conditions by reference.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds awarded on 9aph are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable funds. The applicable wagering multiplier, eligible game categories, contribution rates, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms.

5.3 Bonus Abuse. The following conduct is classified as bonus abuse and will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and potential account suspension: exploiting bonus terms through low-risk or zero-risk betting patterns; using multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; providing false information to qualify for a bonus; coordinated play with other accounts to trigger bonus conditions artificially.

5.4 9aph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time and to interpret promotion terms in cases of ambiguity. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and any promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail to the extent of the conflict.

6. Gameplay Rules

6.1 All casino games available on 9aph use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology where applicable, or genuine live dealer mechanics for live-streamed games. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are available for slot titles within the game information panel.

6.2 Game Malfunction. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or connectivity failure during a game round, 9aph's decision regarding the outcome of that round is final. Bets placed during a confirmed system malfunction may be voided and stakes returned at 9aph's sole discretion.

6.3 Disconnections. 9aph is not liable for losses arising from internet disconnections, device failures, or interruptions to your network connection during active game sessions. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable connection before placing bets.

6.4 All sports betting markets offered on 9aph, including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and live sabong markets, are governed by 9aph's Sports Betting Rules, which are published separately and incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Prohibited Conduct

7.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 9aph platform:

• Use of automated bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in any way
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or misconfigured odds for financial gain
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform to conduct any unlawful financial activity
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration or during verification
• Impersonating another person or entity in connection with a 9aph account
• Using another person's payment method without their explicit consent
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with any 9aph software
• Harassment, threatening, or abusive behavior toward 9aph staff or other players

7.2 Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in: immediate account suspension; forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals; permanent account ban; and referral to applicable Philippine law enforcement authorities where warranted.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 All content on the 9aph platform — including but not limited to the 9aph name, logo, branding, game assets, software, interface design, text, graphics, and video content — is the intellectual property of 9aph or its licensed providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the 9aph Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from any 9aph content without express written permission.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

9.1 9aph's collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by the 9aph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9.2 By using the 9aph Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data processed for purposes of KYC compliance, fraud prevention, marketing communications (where consented), and platform analytics.

9.3 9aph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) in its handling of personal data of Filipino players.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 21+ 9aph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes seriously its obligations under the PAGCOR-aligned online gaming framework applicable to the Philippines. Gambling on 9aph is for entertainment purposes only and should never be used as a source of income or a means to recover financial losses.

10.2 Available Responsible Gaming Tools. All 9aph account holders have access to the following tools via their account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly); loss limits; session time reminders; cooling-off periods; temporary self-exclusion; and permanent self-exclusion.

10.3 Players who wish to permanently self-exclude from 9aph must contact support and request permanent exclusion in writing. 9aph will process self-exclusion requests within 24 hours and the exclusion will remain in force indefinitely unless the player requests reversal after a minimum cooling-off period.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 9aph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

11.2 9aph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your 9aph account in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11.3 9aph does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

11.4 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, personal injury or death caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Amendments to Terms

12.1 9aph reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 9aph will provide notice via a notification within the Platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate change is required for legal or security reasons.

12.2 Your continued use of the 9aph Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

13.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

13.2 Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the 9aph Platform shall first be submitted to the 9aph Customer Support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to binding arbitration under applicable Philippine law.

13.3 You agree that any dispute shall be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative proceeding.
